All of our member/prepaid customer automations work by having a member/prepaid customer fill out a form and end with the member/prepaid customer receiving an email containing the results.
Members are allocated a number of tokens for each automation each month. One token is used each time an automation is run.
Tokens are replaced at the beginnig of each month.
The first field in every form requires the prepaid customer's email address.
A passkey is provided to the prepaid customer upon signing up for the automation.
The first two fields on every form require the prepaid customer's email address and the assigned passkey.
The customer then completes the additional fields on the form and clicks submit.
After a few minutes, the customer will receive an email with the results.
The time to receive the emails will vary by automation and how busy the AI servers are.
If the email address entered does not belong to one of our members, the submitter will receive an email explaining that they must be a member to use the automation. The email will also include a link to join our Simple Marketing Support Membership.
If the email address belongs to a valid member but they have used all their allocated tokens for that specific automation for the month, they will receive an email letting them know. One token equals one successful use of an automation.
If the email address belongs to a valid member who still has tokens left for the month, the automation will run successfully, and they will receive an email with the results. The results might appear in the body of the email or as an attached PDF file, depending on the type of automation.
If the email address entered does not belong to the prepaid customer or the passkey is invalid, the submitter will receive an email explaining that they must use the email address with which they made the purchase and the passkey they were assigned.
If the email address and passkey are valid but the user has used up all their automation executions, they will receive an email notification. They can repurchase the automation to get additional executions.
If the email address and passkey are valid and the prepaid customer still has executions left, the automation will run successfully, and they will receive an email with the results. The results might appear in the body of the email or as an attached PDF file, depending on the type of automation.
